Returns and Refunds

Please note that refunds and cancellations are not allowed on any orders. All sales are final once the order is placed. We encourage you to carefully review your selections before completing your purchase.

However, if you realize you made a mistake with your order, such as an incorrect address, item, color, or size, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to correct the issue or work out a solution.

If an item you receive is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or another suitable solution.

 

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, any orders suspected of being fraudulent will receive an email for verification. Customers will have 3 days to respond and verify their purchase. Failure to verify within this timeframe will result in the order being canceled and reported.
