Pre-Order Information
KALYPSO operates with both pre-order and on-hand items, allowing us to offer you the latest styles while minimizing excess inventory. Generally, all footwear items are usually pre-order, while all other items are usually on-hand. However, to guarantee whether an item is a pre-order or available for immediate shipment, please refer to the product description. By placing a pre-order, you reserve your items before they become available. For processing times for both on-hand and pre-order items, please refer to our processing and shipping policy.
Processing Time
On-hand items will be processed within 7 BUSINESS DAYS. All pre-orders are processed within 7 to 21 BUSINESS DAYS. This time frame allows us to ensure that your items meet our quality standards before they are shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
Shipping Time
After processing, your order will be shipped via our standard shipping method, which typically takes 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.
International Shipping
We are excited to offer international shipping! Please note that KALYPSO is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be incurred during international shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Changes
Address changes are permitted only before the package has been shipped. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make the necessary adjustments.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, it will need to be reshipped. Customers will be required to pay a new shipping fee for the reshipment of their order.
Lost Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, KALYPSO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package does not arrive as expected, please contact the shipping company directly for assistance.
